Update--I have inside info that says while it might taste ok, they have had some issues in other locations with health department. They also treat they're employees horribly--just over $2 an hour and they charge them for uniforms out of every paycheck. The back of house staff is thrilled to have a job--especially since they aren't required to have work permits in the US. They also have issues following the liquor laws--ask your server how old they are as they are serving up your booze...

Came here after the Dave Chappelle show. They hardly had anyone in there and yet the service was subpar. There was one waitress who looked like she was doing everything. Our food was not good at all. I was hungry, but stopped eating because I just couldn't believe how bad it was. The food did not taste fresh and was very bland. I do see some poor previous reviews. I can only guess that this restaurant has taken to heart what's been written because my visit didn't match theirs at all. The positives.. The server (Amanda) was excellent. She did an excellent job of keeping up with my family even though it appeared that she had plenty of other customers making demands upon her. The entree's.. I had the Chicken Piccati..Absolutely delicious. I eat this dish at many italian restaurants and Primo's has it to near perfection. My children (2) both had the Chicken Alfredo..For once they stopped talking.. They absolutely loved the food and one of them has demanded that we go back tomorrow to have some more. The desserts..My wife had the key lime pie and I had the Creme Brule...Both were excellent. The Creme Brule was amazingly wonderful..Amazing! The negatives... The bread..Not warm and not that great tasting. It was ok, but I don't think it would take much to make it great. Not very good. The salads..Pretty much plain. I had the dinner salad and it was not fabulous. My wife had a grilled chicken salad and said it seemed average. Maybe more ingredients and flavor in the salads would kick it up a notch. All in all.. I would be more than happy to eat there again and most likely will soon.

This place has the worst management. I ordered the Chicken Piccata, while it was somewhat tasty, about 98% through the meal and I found a JUNE BUG in my plate... I was so disgusted since the waiter didn't believe me when I told him and insisted on poking it around on the plate with my fork, when the manager finally came over, she said they would take care of our ticket, and then brought my date a bill for his meal. I was so disgusted with everything. I was appalled at how they handled it. First and last visit!

Since I stayed at the near by hotel and it was freezing cold, so I went to this restaurant. The place was almost empty at 7 pm . The food was bad. I ordered the cognac steak. It was over cooked and extremely salty. It was not edible. The staff was friendly and apologetic when I retuned the steak. I must say the kitchen staff must be replaced. They need to learn basic cooking.

I came her for lunch and had the chicken piretto or something like that. It comes in a "creamy", butter sauce with capers over a piece of pan fried chicken and angel hair pasta. The chicken had a nice crunch to it and tasted great, but beyond that, the dish was a flop. I am not sure why lemon butter sauce needs to be creamy (it seemed like every sauce in that section of the menu was creamy whether it should be or not) but it was. It also didn't have any flavor, nor was there enough to cover the pasta. When the dish was done, they simply poured it on top of the chicken and pasta instead of tossing the pasta in the sauce first. I'm not sure why anyone would skip that step, but they did. I ate my meal and left. I won't be going back if I can avoid it. It's no where near worth the price and even if it was cheaper, I still wouldn't go.

The front desk clerk at my hotel said that "it's really good, probably even better than Olive Garden.". That should have been first clue;but alas, I went anyway. Upon entering the bartender who.was very polite was also playing the role of hostess. One looking through the menu, I decided to order a prime rib, mistake number two for those keeping count. I'd compare it to cheap flank steak from Walmart quality. there was a small dish of 'juice' which accompanied the steak but. It had an unidentifiable flavor that tasted something between spoiled meet and Ajax. After emptying the salt and pepper shaker on the meat in front of me I was able satisfy my appetite for the evening. To be fair, it's not a steak place. The menu looked great, so I might give the pasta a shot, but no mas for the meat for sure.

So, I did not have my phone with me to check yelp and was stuck with this choice during a car show. I wish I had just stayed hungry. We walked in to an empty restaurant with noone at the front. We waited over 5 minutes before someone realized we were there and that was only because I started looking around the restaurant for a worker. We were finally seated and then began the torture of the way too loud music playing the oddest remakes of songs that were bad enough to begin with..... it did not fit the place at all. We finally ordered and then started trying the "italian" bread with vinegar and oil. This is usually a favorite for me.... but not this time... Bread was not Italian style to me. It was a puffy weird roll that was not quite done baking. I only ate the one bite.... The pizza I ordered was more like a Tony's frozen pizza quality than a fire baked restaurant. Unfortunately, the price was much more than Tony's.... I hope you never find yourself without a phone and end up here but do your best to avoid. The only positive was our servers attempt to make the most out of a very negative place. She had a great attitude and tried to help us the very best she could....

I would give zero stars if I could. The whole meal was absolutely awful. We ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer. The toast was completely burnt and the basil was old and wilted. I looked closer and they either used blue cheese or the feta was extremely moldy. The waitress took it away and off our bill after we mentioned all the things wrong with it but all three of those issues were plainly visible. I ordered the chicken Diablo. The noodles were under cooked. They were still hard and chewy. The chicken was over cooked and dry. I'm not usually picky or confrontational at restaurants but I couldn't eat this. Now my husband and I are both cramping up really bad and having horrible stomach issues. Also, our sever spilled tea all over the table and my husband's bread and plate. This place used to be good, but the food has continued to deteriorate. I usually order to-go from here. I haven't eaten inside for a long time. The food never seems fresh anymore and the quality of ingredients is poor. The last pasta dish I ordered tasted like it was one of those frozen pastas from a bag. The Italian sausage was flavorless and was very gristley. The meatball was gristley too. I used to love their cookies and would order half a dozen each time I went, but the last time I ordered them they tasted old, not quite stale, but definitely not fresh. I probably won't be back here for a while, unless I hear there has been some kind of transformation. It's too bad, because they used to be really good.

First time to the restaurant. Didn't read any reviews before going. I have to say that there isn't anything special about this restaurant. It tasted average, but I didn't see anything disgusting about it as many reviews stating that it was. I've been to better Italian restaurants than this one. The portion size doesn't seem to be very much as well. Either that or I'm just fat and eat a lot. I ordered the Vodka Pasta, which included Calamari, shrimp, scallops, and clams. The calamari was very tough and chewy. I had to spit it out into a napkin and this is something I rarely do under rare circumstances. I would have to say that even the calamari that I had at buffets tasted better than this calamari and buffet qualities are usually not the same as a restaurant.

Ok! Trying to describe this Resturant is like trying to describe how and why the Titanic sunk! There are so many things wrong with this Resturant it is hard to know where to begin! The sangria was watery and sweet no taste other than sweet! The salad was limp, old, tasteless! The marinara sauce for the penne pasta was nothing but stewed tomatoes- it was tomato but no character! The bruschetta had a sweet tomato something on it, God only knows! In short save your money and avoid this place at all cost! Maybe just maybe they will close the doors and save Oklahoma's reputation as a above average state for above average restaurants!

I use to love this place! BUT the last 4-5 times we have gone the the MWC location the Service, Food and Portion was more then lacking. On top of that I asked for a few extra pieces of bread as I was getting it to go an the bartender (rude ass) told me it would be extra. Lol still left a $5 tip for a tho order but won't go back!!

The prime rib & shrimp portofino were amazing the shrimp were huge and sweet in a mushroom, spinach, tomatoes & capers lemon butter sauce over a bed of linguini and garlic butter the best meal we have had out in a long time. If u are in the Oklahoma City area this is well worth the drive. Get here before the crowds find this gem.

BAD! HORRIBLE! DON'T GO! I cannot believe how terrible the food was here. This place needs to go out of business now! Please beware of this place because they are "obviously" using "very low" standards. Here is what we had: I personally tasted all of these items below (at my own risk).... 1. Bruschetta - the toast was burnt! It should not have been served. 2. Side Salad - brown dry lettuce, a careless bowl of old ingredients. 3. Eggplant Picatta - the Eggplant was "very" oily greasy and gross, with a soured sauce that was well past the expiration date. And a big pile of (plain) white Pasta just sitting there on the plate. Why? 4. Raviolis - Bland sauce out of a can, sitting on top of old disgusting warmed over frozen Raviolis, sitting on top of (plain) white Pasta? Heated up in the microwave. * Besides how gross the meals are, what is with all the plain white pasta? Thanks for putting it there because it was the only edible food existing on the on plate. 5. Canneloni Florentine - "Old & Gross" - this is supposed to be chicken and spices inside large Penne al dente pasta. One bite, and I was convinced that this had been in the freezer for a long time. It had been heated up in the microwave with cheese on top, ugh it was bad. This location is making every attempt to cut corners and stretch the expiration dates. Obviously making the food (days or weeks ahead), then freezing it, and (days or weeks later) heating it back up in the microwave. Other things like salads they are attempting to make ahead of time and keep fresh inside the refrigerator but this is not working. Sauces are obviously just sitting around for days or weeks until completely used up, which is allowing it to become soured. I'm appalled by this restaurant, and scared for anyone eating there.

Well, unfortunately I don't have good things to say. The one star is only for our waitress because bless her heart, she was doing the best she could. My husband and I decided to eat here because we hadn't been to the restaurant in years. We thought, hey, it used to be good and we wanted some Italian. I wish I had looked at yelp first! The best part about our meal was the Rosemary bread and olive oil/balsamic vinegar. My husband ordered the Seafood Alfredo. There were no scallops, and the calamari was so tough he said he felt like he was chewing beef jerky. I ordered a spinach pasta dish that came out looking like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for several minutes. The chicken was dry, and tough. Now comes the worst part: two hours after leaving, my husband started feeling nauseous. In another hour, it became clear he had food poisoning. I'm not saying that this is going to happen to everyone that eats here-- that's irrational. However, I did see that the restaurant has had some issues with the health department and after taking care of my husband for two days, I'm not surprised. My advice: Pass on Primos until they overhaul food prep and improve flavor.

I'd give one star if I could. People were inexplicably seated ahead of us, so we waited over fifteen minutes. There was no host/hostess and everybody seemed rushed. After being seated, we waited ten minutes for some water. The waiter said some staff quit and he came from another location. The food wasn't coming, though we waited about an hour. I'm not sure if this place has a glory day, but we certainly came during its fall. What a disappointment.

Ate here out of convenience. It is next door to my hotel. The food was ok not bad not good. I had fried calamari for an appetizer. It was cooked right but tasteless. The marinara sauce did not help. Tasted raw out of a can. The side Ceasers salad was drowned in dressing that could have come from any bottle and the toast that was with it was cold and not crisp not soggy but not crisp. The seafood Fettachini was ok big pieces of seafood but needed a little more flavor. For the money it was ok but Next time I probably will find some place else.

They delivered to the hotel we stayed at. In retrospect the Carl's Jr. across the street would have been a better choice. The tomato basil soup just tasted off. The calamari had no seasoning, nor did the dipping sauce. My eggplant was also totally bland, past overcooked. My husband got the chicken marsala which he refused to eat, said it tasted off. I wasn't expecting 5 star cooking but I didn't expect to miss Chef Boyardee either.

Terrible. Went there on a Groupon and essentially got a $40 discount. Not worth it! First, we went at 5:45 PM and had to WAIT while the hostess scrambled to find a table (the place was almost empty). About a ten minute wait there (rating 1). Once seated, we were given half warmed up rolls, no butter and no water. Ordered Margaretas and they were thin/watery with little taste (rating 1). The appetizers were mixed - at best. The stuffed mushroooms had no taste and we didn't finish (rating 1). The Brushetta was heavy on the vinegar and the toast was soggy Rating 3). I ordered the Cognac Staek as it had a good review posted in the lobby - also on speacial. So it was, so speacial that I am writing this review. Ir was a 1/2 inch thick piece of gristly, poorly cooked beef (rating 1). My wife had a eggplant dish that was OK (rating three). Ordered Creme Brule for dissert and it was made with a lot of gelatin. The crust was well done and it was well served with berries and whipped cream (rating 4). This is a mini chain in the Oklahoma City area and is worse than Olive Garden. Need I say more? If you want superb Italian go to Vito's on North May in OKC.

I had hopes for improvement at Primo's, as I had been there before and it was okay. This trip, though, sealed the deal: I probably won't be back. My veal piccata was brimming with oil/fat and had lackluster presentation. Our waitperson was poorly trained and had no clue of how she should speak to guests. A light Wednesday night at 7:30 is not the time to act "put out" by lingering diners. Perhaps see if we want another beverage? Speaking of: the drinks were average. I should say that if they advertise an "ultimate martini" on the menu, Primo's should probably know that a martini is served in a cold glass, and that a twist is not an olive. Just a totally underwhelming experience, and not worth the prices.

I was filled up with my salad, pasta and side...so I did not request a replacement...they took $3 off of my $14 entree...that the main course was inedible...huh? I was in town for a basketball tournament and wanted some Italian food and saw this place near my hotel. The sign outside was lit up, but all the windows where dark and it looked closed. I saw someone leaving the restaurant and asked if it was open (it was about 9 pm on a Saturday night). They said yes, so I parked and went in. I was seated promptly and had a very friendly waitress. I ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana. Unfortunately when I got my meal, the size portion of the eggplant was overshadowed by the mound of spaghetti I got with it. The sauce on it was not very good. It seemed to me that they make their sauce with wine and I am not a big wine fan at all. The plate was hot, but the food was not hot enough in my opinion. I felt I was being attended to very well by my waitress. Since I was alone during my dinner, I was able to watch other staff and found that several other folks were not being attended too by their wait staff. One particular table waited a good 15-20 minutes before ordering their food. I've had better Italian food....I would pick Olive Garden over this place any day.

Before I start, let me say that I've never written an online review of a restaurant, good or bad, because I've never felt strongly enough, one way or the other...until now. This restaurant was, literally, the worst restaurant I have EVER eaten at. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would...it was that bad...like Kitchen Nightmares bad. I ordered the "Jumbo" Shrimp Pasta and my wife ordered the "Blackened" Chicken Alfredo. We'll start with mine... Everything about this dish was disgusting. The "jumbo" shrimp were tiny, and must have been bought pre-shelled and cleaned in a 20lb bag from the Sam's Club across the street. The extent of preparing the shrimp they did was pouring the shrimp from the bag into a pot of boiling water...Absolutely disgusting. The spaghetti sauce they used tasted exactly like a can of no-seasoning tomato paste...no salt, no garlic, just straight tomato sauce from a can. And finally, the overcooked angel hair pasta was clearly pasta from a box, from the same Sam's Club they bought the shrimp and tomato paste "sauce." You would think it would be impossible to mess up a dish containing 3 ingredients, but you'd be wrong. There wasn't a hint of seasoning in the whole dish, and there wasn't a hint of "give a damn" in it either. I couldn't even eat a quarter of it, and I'll eat anything usually. Now on to my wife's "Blackened" Chicken Alfredo. The pasta was, again, most definitely from a box (and not even that Bertoli stuff...I'm talking Sam's Club brand here), and like my pasta, was grossly overcooked to the point of it being mush. The alfredo sauce, unlike my sauce, didn't even have the luxury of coming out of a can. It tasted like flour with milk whisked in...more of a terrible country gravy than a horrible alfredo sauce. It still makes me sick to think about. Finally, onto the winner of the night....the "blackened" chicken. This chicken breast (also from Sam's), was BOILED, sliced, and rolled in paprika... post-boiling. That was their blackened chicken...white, unseasoned, boiled chicken, rolled in grainy paprika...post-cooking. It was by far the most disgusting food I have ever seen served in a restaurant, and the most blatant slap in the face to a paying customer to ever come out of a restaurant kitchen. The only reason I didn't cause a scene and refuse to pay was because the waitress was so nice, and we couldn't do that to her. What a shame she has to work in such squaller. In closing, avoid this place like the plague and tell everyone you know. Hopefully the word will get out and this place will fold like a lawn chair under the weight of their horrible food. Absolutely, without a doubt the worst restaurant I have ever had the misfortune of visiting.

We went to Primo's after a snow storm, and consequently they were short-staffed. Perhaps that explains the poor service we received. Otherwise, the wine selection was mediocre (though I appreciated their categorization of the wine to help with selections). They served oil and vinegar with the bread, which normally gives an Italian restaurant extra points in my book, but they didn't let us take part in the pouring at all, so I felt we received too much vinegar. I rather enjoyed the food, but I did not like their dessert selection. If I'm looking for this sort of Italian food experience, I'll likely go to Olive Garden next time.

We ordered brushetta for the appetitizer and the balsamic vinegar on the tomatos was overpowering. At first I thought the tomatos were spoiled but realized it was the marinade of the vinegar. No onion, garlic and overall bland. We tasted nothing expect for the balsamic. I ordred the honey balsamic chicken. I got a side of mixed veggies and a piece of pounded thin, grilled, bland and dry chicken. As far as the honey balsamic part of this chicken...it was smeared on the top in a thick, lumpy glaze. My husband ordered a house favorite that included frozen fried shrimp and overcooked pasta that was swimming in a cream sauce. The veggies mixed in the pasta might as well never been tossed in. You simply couldnt taste anything but the cream sauce. What happened to the "made to order" theory? The pride? The quality? This place USED to pride themselves on handmade everything. Now its a jar, canned and frozen. If you read this, try Johnny Carinos, Macaroni Grille or stick to Olive Garden

I ate at Primo's the other day with some friends. I have often driven past the restaurant while on I-40, but have never stopped. I found that the place was very good. They give you huge loaves of bread with a vinegar and oil dipping sauce that makes you mouth water waiting for the next bite. The endless pasta was to die for and I nearly had to be carried out because I ate so much! The waitress and hostess were great. Overall my experience was wonderful, I will definetely be back!

Worst possible food on the planet earth! Have eaten their twice and both times had the worst possible service and they mixed up our orders, somehow the server switched with another table. Waited and waited to have our water glasses refilled. Don't these people know that they make their money in TIPS!

Before I start, let me say that I've never written an online review of a restaurant, good or bad, because I've never felt strongly enough, one way or the other...until now. This restaurant was, literally, the worst restaurant I have EVER eaten at. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would...it was that bad...like Kitchen Nightmares bad. I ordered the "Jumbo" Shrimp Pasta and my wife ordered the "Blackened" Chicken Alfredo. We'll start with mine... Everything about this dish was disgusting. The "jumbo" shrimp were tiny, and must have been bought pre-shelled and cleaned in a 20lb bag from the Sam's Club across the street. The extent of preparing the shrimp they did was pouring the shrimp from the bag into a pot of boiling water...Absolutely disgusting. The spaghetti sauce they used tasted exactly like a can of no-seasoning tomato paste...no salt, no garlic, just straight tomato sauce from a can. And finally, the overcooked angel hair pasta was clearly pasta from a box, from the same Sam's Club they bought the shrimp and tomato paste "sauce." You would think it would be impossible to mess up a dish containing 3 ingredients, but you'd be wrong. There wasn't a hint of seasoning in the whole dish, and there wasn't a hint of "give a damn" in it either. I couldn't even eat a quarter of it, and I'll eat anything usually. Now on to my wife's "Blackened" Chicken Alfredo. The pasta was, again, most definitely from a box (and not even that Bertoli stuff...I'm talking Sam's Club brand here), and like my pasta, was grossly overcooked to the point of it being mush. The alfredo sauce, unlike my sauce, didn't even have the luxury of coming out of a can. It tasted like flour with milk whisked in...more of a terrible country gravy than a horrible alfredo sauce. It still makes me sick to think about. Finally, onto the winner of the night....the "blackened" chicken. This chicken breast (also from Sam's), was BOILED, sliced, and rolled in paprika... post-boiling. That was their blackened chicken...white, unseasoned, boiled chicken, rolled in grainy paprika...post-cooking. It was by far the most disgusting food I have ever seen served in a restaurant, and the most blatant slap in the face to a paying customer to ever come out of a restaurant kitchen. The only reason I didn't cause a scene and refuse to pay was because the waitress was so nice, and we couldn't do that to her. What a shame she has to work in such squaller. In closing, avoid this place like the plague and tell everyone you know. Hopefully the word will get out and this place will fold like a lawn chair under the weight of their horrible food. Absolutely, without a doubt the worst restaurant I have ever had the misfortune of visiting.

We went to Primo's after a snow storm, and consequently they were short-staffed. Perhaps that explains the poor service we received. Otherwise, the wine selection was mediocre (though I appreciated their categorization of the wine to help with selections). They served oil and vinegar with the bread, which normally gives an Italian restaurant extra points in my book, but they didn't let us take part in the pouring at all, so I felt we received too much vinegar. I rather enjoyed the food, but I did not like their dessert selection. If I'm looking for this sort of Italian food experience, I'll likely go to Olive Garden next time.

This place used to be good, but the food has continued to deteriorate. I usually order to-go from here. I haven't eaten inside for a long time. The food never seems fresh anymore and the quality of ingredients is poor. The last pasta dish I ordered tasted like it was one of those frozen pastas from a bag. The Italian sausage was flavorless and was very gristley. The meatball was gristley too. I used to love their cookies and would order half a dozen each time I went, but the last time I ordered them they tasted old, not quite stale, but definitely not fresh. I probably won't be back here for a while, unless I hear there has been some kind of transformation. It's too bad, because they used to be really good.

First time to the restaurant. Didn't read any reviews before going. I have to say that there isn't anything special about this restaurant. It tasted average, but I didn't see anything disgusting about it as many reviews stating that it was. I've been to better Italian restaurants than this one. The portion size doesn't seem to be very much as well. Either that or I'm just fat and eat a lot. I ordered the Vodka Pasta, which included Calamari, shrimp, scallops, and clams. The calamari was very tough and chewy. I had to spit it out into a napkin and this is something I rarely do under rare circumstances. I would have to say that even the calamari that I had at buffets tasted better than this calamari and buffet qualities are usually not the same as a restaurant.

Well, unfortunately I don't have good things to say. The one star is only for our waitress because bless her heart, she was doing the best she could. My husband and I decided to eat here because we hadn't been to the restaurant in years. We thought, hey, it used to be good and we wanted some Italian. I wish I had looked at yelp first! The best part about our meal was the Rosemary bread and olive oil/balsamic vinegar. My husband ordered the Seafood Alfredo. There were no scallops, and the calamari was so tough he said he felt like he was chewing beef jerky. I ordered a spinach pasta dish that came out looking like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for several minutes. The chicken was dry, and tough. Now comes the worst part: two hours after leaving, my husband started feeling nauseous. In another hour, it became clear he had food poisoning. I'm not saying that this is going to happen to everyone that eats here-- that's irrational. However, I did see that the restaurant has had some issues with the health department and after taking care of my husband for two days, I'm not surprised. My advice: Pass on Primos until they overhaul food prep and improve flavor.

Update--I have inside info that says while it might taste ok, they have had some issues in other locations with health department. They also treat they're employees horribly--just over $2 an hour and they charge them for uniforms out of every paycheck. The back of house staff is thrilled to have a job--especially since they aren't required to have work permits in the US. They also have issues following the liquor laws--ask your server how old they are as they are serving up your booze...

Ate here out of convenience. It is next door to my hotel. The food was ok not bad not good. I had fried calamari for an appetizer. It was cooked right but tasteless. The marinara sauce did not help. Tasted raw out of a can. The side Ceasers salad was drowned in dressing that could have come from any bottle and the toast that was with it was cold and not crisp not soggy but not crisp. The seafood Fettachini was ok big pieces of seafood but needed a little more flavor. For the money it was ok but Next time I probably will find some place else.

Since I stayed at the near by hotel and it was freezing cold, so I went to this restaurant. The place was almost empty at 7 pm . The food was bad. I ordered the cognac steak. It was over cooked and extremely salty. It was not edible. The staff was friendly and apologetic when I retuned the steak. I must say the kitchen staff must be replaced. They need to learn basic cooking.

I came her for lunch and had the chicken piretto or something like that. It comes in a "creamy", butter sauce with capers over a piece of pan fried chicken and angel hair pasta. The chicken had a nice crunch to it and tasted great, but beyond that, the dish was a flop. I am not sure why lemon butter sauce needs to be creamy (it seemed like every sauce in that section of the menu was creamy whether it should be or not) but it was. It also didn't have any flavor, nor was there enough to cover the pasta. When the dish was done, they simply poured it on top of the chicken and pasta instead of tossing the pasta in the sauce first. I'm not sure why anyone would skip that step, but they did. I ate my meal and left. I won't be going back if I can avoid it. It's no where near worth the price and even if it was cheaper, I still wouldn't go.

The front desk clerk at my hotel said that "it's really good, probably even better than Olive Garden.". That should have been first clue;but alas, I went anyway. Upon entering the bartender who.was very polite was also playing the role of hostess. One looking through the menu, I decided to order a prime rib, mistake number two for those keeping count. I'd compare it to cheap flank steak from Walmart quality. there was a small dish of 'juice' which accompanied the steak but. It had an unidentifiable flavor that tasted something between spoiled meet and Ajax. After emptying the salt and pepper shaker on the meat in front of me I was able satisfy my appetite for the evening. To be fair, it's not a steak place. The menu looked great, so I might give the pasta a shot, but no mas for the meat for sure.

Ok! Trying to describe this Resturant is like trying to describe how and why the Titanic sunk! There are so many things wrong with this Resturant it is hard to know where to begin! The sangria was watery and sweet no taste other than sweet! The salad was limp, old, tasteless! The marinara sauce for the penne pasta was nothing but stewed tomatoes- it was tomato but no character! The bruschetta had a sweet tomato something on it, God only knows! In short save your money and avoid this place at all cost! Maybe just maybe they will close the doors and save Oklahoma's reputation as a above average state for above average restaurants!

I use to love this place! BUT the last 4-5 times we have gone the the MWC location the Service, Food and Portion was more then lacking. On top of that I asked for a few extra pieces of bread as I was getting it to go an the bartender (rude ass) told me it would be extra. Lol still left a $5 tip for a tho order but won't go back!!

The prime rib & shrimp portofino were amazing the shrimp were huge and sweet in a mushroom, spinach, tomatoes & capers lemon butter sauce over a bed of linguini and garlic butter the best meal we have had out in a long time. If u are in the Oklahoma City area this is well worth the drive. Get here before the crowds find this gem.

They delivered to the hotel we stayed at. In retrospect the Carl's Jr. across the street would have been a better choice. The tomato basil soup just tasted off. The calamari had no seasoning, nor did the dipping sauce. My eggplant was also totally bland, past overcooked. My husband got the chicken marsala which he refused to eat, said it tasted off. I wasn't expecting 5 star cooking but I didn't expect to miss Chef Boyardee either.

BAD! HORRIBLE! DON'T GO! I cannot believe how terrible the food was here. This place needs to go out of business now! Please beware of this place because they are "obviously" using "very low" standards. Here is what we had: I personally tasted all of these items below (at my own risk).... 1. Bruschetta - the toast was burnt! It should not have been served. 2. Side Salad - brown dry lettuce, a careless bowl of old ingredients. 3. Eggplant Picatta - the Eggplant was "very" oily greasy and gross, with a soured sauce that was well past the expiration date. And a big pile of (plain) white Pasta just sitting there on the plate. Why? 4. Raviolis - Bland sauce out of a can, sitting on top of old disgusting warmed over frozen Raviolis, sitting on top of (plain) white Pasta? Heated up in the microwave. * Besides how gross the meals are, what is with all the plain white pasta? Thanks for putting it there because it was the only edible food existing on the on plate. 5. Canneloni Florentine - "Old & Gross" - this is supposed to be chicken and spices inside large Penne al dente pasta. One bite, and I was convinced that this had been in the freezer for a long time. It had been heated up in the microwave with cheese on top, ugh it was bad. This location is making every attempt to cut corners and stretch the expiration dates. Obviously making the food (days or weeks ahead), then freezing it, and (days or weeks later) heating it back up in the microwave. Other things like salads they are attempting to make ahead of time and keep fresh inside the refrigerator but this is not working. Sauces are obviously just sitting around for days or weeks until completely used up, which is allowing it to become soured. I'm appalled by this restaurant, and scared for anyone eating there.

I had hopes for improvement at Primo's, as I had been there before and it was okay. This trip, though, sealed the deal: I probably won't be back. My veal piccata was brimming with oil/fat and had lackluster presentation. Our waitperson was poorly trained and had no clue of how she should speak to guests. A light Wednesday night at 7:30 is not the time to act "put out" by lingering diners. Perhaps see if we want another beverage? Speaking of: the drinks were average. I should say that if they advertise an "ultimate martini" on the menu, Primo's should probably know that a martini is served in a cold glass, and that a twist is not an olive. Just a totally underwhelming experience, and not worth the prices.

Stay away. Poorly prepared food both times I visited. Couldn't eat my chicken parmigiana, it was over cooked and tough as nails. Similar to my first experience but with a different order. I was filled up with my salad, pasta and side...so I did not request a replacement...they took $3 off of my $14 entree...that the main course was inedible...huh? My server was not bad, but I would take Olive Garden over this place every day of the week.

I was in town for a basketball tournament and wanted some Italian food and saw this place near my hotel. The sign outside was lit up, but all the windows where dark and it looked closed. I saw someone leaving the restaurant and asked if it was open (it was about 9 pm on a Saturday night). They said yes, so I parked and went in. I was seated promptly and had a very friendly waitress. I ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana. Unfortunately when I got my meal, the size portion of the eggplant was overshadowed by the mound of spaghetti I got with it. The sauce on it was not very good. It seemed to me that they make their sauce with wine and I am not a big wine fan at all. The plate was hot, but the food was not hot enough in my opinion. I felt I was being attended to very well by my waitress. Since I was alone during my dinner, I was able to watch other staff and found that several other folks were not being attended too by their wait staff. One particular table waited a good 15-20 minutes before ordering their food. I've had better Italian food....I would pick Olive Garden over this place any day.

I do see some poor previous reviews. I can only guess that this restaurant has taken to heart what's been written because my visit didn't match theirs at all. The positives.. The server (Amanda) was excellent. She did an excellent job of keeping up with my family even though it appeared that she had plenty of other customers making demands upon her. The entree's.. I had the Chicken Piccati..Absolutely delicious. I eat this dish at many italian restaurants and Primo's has it to near perfection. My children (2) both had the Chicken Alfredo..For once they stopped talking.. They absolutely loved the food and one of them has demanded that we go back tomorrow to have some more. The desserts..My wife had the key lime pie and I had the Creme Brule...Both were excellent. The Creme Brule was amazingly wonderful..Amazing! The negatives... The bread..Not warm and not that great tasting. It was ok, but I don't think it would take much to make it great. Not very good. The salads..Pretty much plain. I had the dinner salad and it was not fabulous. My wife had a grilled chicken salad and said it seemed average. Maybe more ingredients and flavor in the salads would kick it up a notch. All in all.. I would be more than happy to eat there again and most likely will soon.

This place has the worst management. I ordered the Chicken Piccata, while it was somewhat tasty, about 98% through the meal and I found a JUNE BUG in my plate... I was so disgusted since the waiter didn't believe me when I told him and insisted on poking it around on the plate with my fork, when the manager finally came over, she said they would take care of our ticket, and then brought my date a bill for his meal. I was so disgusted with everything. I was appalled at how they handled it. First and last visit!

Terrible. Went there on a Groupon and essentially got a $40 discount. Not worth it! First, we went at 5:45 PM and had to WAIT while the hostess scrambled to find a table (the place was almost empty). About a ten minute wait there (rating 1). Once seated, we were given half warmed up rolls, no butter and no water. Ordered Margaretas and they were thin/watery with little taste (rating 1). The appetizers were mixed - at best. The stuffed mushroooms had no taste and we didn't finish (rating 1). The Brushetta was heavy on the vinegar and the toast was soggy Rating 3). I ordered the Cognac Staek as it had a good review posted in the lobby - also on speacial. So it was, so speacial that I am writing this review. Ir was a 1/2 inch thick piece of gristly, poorly cooked beef (rating 1). My wife had a eggplant dish that was OK (rating three). Ordered Creme Brule for dissert and it was made with a lot of gelatin. The crust was well done and it was well served with berries and whipped cream (rating 4). This is a mini chain in the Oklahoma City area and is worse than Olive Garden. Need I say more? If you want superb Italian go to Vito's on North May in OKC.

I ate at Primo's the other day with some friends. I have often driven past the restaurant while on I-40, but have never stopped. I found that the place was very good. They give you huge loaves of bread with a vinegar and oil dipping sauce that makes you mouth water waiting for the next bite. The endless pasta was to die for and I nearly had to be carried out because I ate so much! The waitress and hostess were great. Overall my experience was wonderful, I will definetely be back!

I would give zero stars if I could. The whole meal was absolutely awful. We ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer. The toast was completely burnt and the basil was old and wilted. I looked closer and they either used blue cheese or the feta was extremely moldy. The waitress took it away and off our bill after we mentioned all the things wrong with it but all three of those issues were plainly visible. I ordered the chicken Diablo. The noodles were under cooked. They were still hard and chewy. The chicken was over cooked and dry. I'm not usually picky or confrontational at restaurants but I couldn't eat this. Now my husband and I are both cramping up really bad and having horrible stomach issues. Also, our sever spilled tea all over the table and my husband's bread and plate. Even with the bruschetta taken off, we still paid $30. The whole meal was disappointing as well as a waste of money. Especially since we're both about to be glued to the toilets. I

Came here after the Dave Chappelle show. They hardly had anyone in there and yet the service was subpar. There was one waitress who looked like she was doing everything. Our food was not good at all. I was hungry, but stopped eating because I just couldn't believe how bad it was. The food did not taste fresh and was very bland. I kept thinking Gordon Ramsey was going to pop out somewhere and that this place was on Kitchen Nightmares.

I hiked over from my hotel for dinner months ago and I had the same experience as everyone else. I am frankly surprised they are still open..up on business here again. The waitress seemed stressed, food was awful. It appears that they are trying to hold on, which always worries me thinking that they might be cutting corners and stretching the expiration dates.

Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

I am not sure why lemon butter sauce needs to be creamy (it seemed like every sauce in that section of the menu was creamy whether it should be or not) but it was. It also didn't have any flavor, nor was there enough to cover the pasta. When the dish was done, they simply poured it on top of the chicken and pasta instead of tossing the pasta in the sauce first. I'm not sure why anyone would skip that step, but they did. I ate my meal and left. I won't be going back if I can avoid it. It's no where near worth the price and even if it was cheaper, I still wouldn't go.

The front desk clerk at my hotel said that "it's really good, probably even better than Olive Garden.". That should have been first clue;but alas, I went anyway. Upon entering the bartender who.was very polite was also playing the role of hostess. One looking through the menu, I decided to order a prime rib, mistake number two for those keeping count. I'd compare it to cheap flank steak from Walmart quality. there was a small dish of 'juice' which accompanied the steak but. It had an unidentifiable flavor that tasted something between spoiled meet and Ajax. After emptying the salt and pepper shaker on the meat in front of me I was able satisfy my appetite for the evening. To be fair, it's not a steak place. The menu looked great, so I might give the pasta a shot, but no mas for the meat for sure.

So, I did not have my phone with me to check yelp and was stuck with this choice during a car show. I wish I had just stayed hungry. We walked in to an empty restaurant with noone at the front. We waited over 5 minutes before someone realized we were there and that was only because I started looking around the restaurant for a worker. We were finally seated and then began the torture of the way too loud music playing the oddest remakes of songs that were bad enough to begin with..... it did not fit the place at all. We finally ordered and then started trying the "italian" bread with vinegar and oil. This is usually a favorite for me.... but not this time... Bread was not Italian style to me. It was a puffy weird roll that was not quite done baking. I only ate the one bite.... The pizza I ordered was more like a Tony's frozen pizza quality than a fire baked restaurant. Unfortunately, the price was much more than Tony's.... I hope you never find yourself without a phone and end up here but do your best to avoid. The only positive was our servers attempt to make the most out of a very negative place. She had a great attitude and tried to help us the very best she could....

I would give zero stars if I could. The whole meal was absolutely awful. We ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer. The toast was completely burnt and the basil was old and wilted. I looked closer and they either used blue cheese or the feta was extremely moldy. The waitress took it away and off our bill after we mentioned all the things wrong with it but all three of those issues were plainly visible. I ordered the chicken Diablo. The noodles were under cooked. They were still hard and chewy. The chicken was over cooked and dry. I'm not usually picky or confrontational at restaurants but I couldn't eat this. Now my husband and I are both cramping up really bad and having horrible stomach issues. Also, our sever spilled tea all over the table and my husband's bread and plate. This place used to be good, but the food has continued to deteriorate. I usually order to-go from here. I haven't eaten inside for a long time. The food never seems fresh anymore and the quality of ingredients is poor. The last pasta dish I ordered tasted like it was one of those frozen pastas from a bag. The Italian sausage was flavorless and was very gristley. The meatball was gristley too. I used to love their cookies and would order half a dozen each time I went, but the last time I ordered them they tasted old, not quite stale, but definitely not fresh. I probably won't be back here for a while, unless I hear there has been some kind of transformation. It's too bad, because they used to be really good.

First time to the restaurant. Didn't read any reviews before going. I have to say that there isn't anything special about this restaurant. It tasted average, but I didn't see anything disgusting about it as many reviews stating that it was. I've been to better Italian restaurants than this one. The portion size doesn't seem to be very much as well. Either that or I'm just fat and eat a lot. I ordered the Vodka Pasta, which included Calamari, shrimp, scallops, and clams. The calamari was very tough and chewy. I had to spit it out into a napkin and this is something I rarely do under rare circumstances. I would have to say that even the calamari that I had at buffets tasted better than this calamari and buffet qualities are usually not the same as a restaurant.

Ok! Trying to describe this Resturant is like trying to describe how and why the Titanic sunk! There are so many things wrong with this Resturant it is hard to know where to begin! The sangria was watery and sweet no taste other than sweet! The salad was limp, old, tasteless! The marinara sauce for the penne pasta was nothing but stewed tomatoes- it was tomato but no character! The bruschetta had a sweet tomato something on it, God only knows! In short save your money and avoid this place at all cost! Maybe just maybe they will close the doors and save Oklahoma's reputation as a above average state for above average restaurants!

I use to love this place! BUT the last 4-5 times we have gone the the MWC location the Service, Food and Portion was more then lacking. On top of that I asked for a few extra pieces of bread as I was getting it to go an the bartender (rude ass) told me it would be extra. Lol still left a $5 tip for a tho order but won't go back!!

BAD! HORRIBLE! DON'T GO! I cannot believe how terrible the food was here. This place needs to go out of business now! Please beware of this place because they are "obviously" using "very low" standards. Here is what we had: I personally tasted all of these items below (at my own risk).... 1. Bruschetta - the toast was burnt! It should not have been served. 2. Side Salad - brown dry lettuce, a careless bowl of old ingredients. 3. Eggplant Picatta - the Eggplant was "very" oily greasy and gross, with a soured sauce that was well past the expiration date. And a big pile of (plain) white Pasta just sitting there on the plate. Why? 4. Raviolis - Bland sauce out of a can, sitting on top of old disgusting warmed over frozen Raviolis, sitting on top of (plain) white Pasta? Heated up in the microwave. * Besides how gross the meals are, what is with all the plain white pasta? Thanks for putting it there because it was the only edible food existing on the on plate. 5. Canneloni Florentine - "Old & Gross" - this is supposed to be chicken and spices inside large Penne al dente pasta. One bite, and I was convinced that this had been in the freezer for a long time. It had been heated up in the microwave with cheese on top, ugh it was bad. This location is making every attempt to cut corners and stretch the expiration dates. Obviously making the food (days or weeks ahead), then freezing it, and (days or weeks later) heating it back up in the microwave. Other things like salads they are attempting to make ahead of time and keep fresh inside the refrigerator but this is not working. Sauces are obviously just sitting around for days or weeks until completely used up, which is allowing it to become soured. I'm appalled by this restaurant, and scared for anyone eating there.

Well, unfortunately I don't have good things to say. The one star is only for our waitress because bless her heart, she was doing the best she could. My husband and I decided to eat here because we hadn't been to the restaurant in years. We thought, hey, it used to be good and we wanted some Italian. I wish I had looked at yelp first! The best part about our meal was the Rosemary bread and olive oil/balsamic vinegar. My husband ordered the Seafood Alfredo. There were no scallops, and the calamari was so tough he said he felt like he was chewing beef jerky. I ordered a spinach pasta dish that came out looking like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for several minutes. The chicken was dry, and tough. Now comes the worst part: two hours after leaving, my husband started feeling nauseous. In another hour, it became clear he had food poisoning. I'm not saying that this is going to happen to everyone that eats here-- that's irrational. However, I did see that the restaurant has had some issues with the health department and after taking care of my husband for two days, I'm not surprised. My advice: Pass on Primos until they overhaul food prep and improve flavor.

I'd give one star if I could. People were inexplicably seated ahead of us, so we waited over fifteen minutes. There was no host/hostess and everybody seemed rushed. After being seated, we waited ten minutes for some water. The waiter said some staff quit and he came from another location. The food wasn't coming, though we waited about an hour. I'm not sure if this place has a glory day, but we certainly came during its fall. What a disappointment.

Ate here out of convenience. It is next door to my hotel. The food was ok not bad not good. I had fried calamari for an appetizer. It was cooked right but tasteless. The marinara sauce did not help. Tasted raw out of a can. The side Ceasers salad was drowned in dressing that could have come from any bottle and the toast that was with it was cold and not crisp not soggy but not crisp. The seafood Fettachini was ok big pieces of seafood but needed a little more flavor. For the money it was ok but Next time I probably will find some place else.

They delivered to the hotel we stayed at. In retrospect the Carl's Jr. across the street would have been a better choice. The tomato basil soup just tasted off. The calamari had no seasoning, nor did the dipping sauce. My eggplant was also totally bland, past overcooked. My husband got the chicken marsala which he refused to eat, said it tasted off. I wasn't expecting 5 star cooking but I didn't expect to miss Chef Boyardee either.

Terrible. Went there on a Groupon and essentially got a $40 discount. Not worth it! First, we went at 5:45 PM and had to WAIT while the hostess scrambled to find a table (the place was almost empty). About a ten minute wait there (rating 1). Once seated, we were given half warmed up rolls, no butter and no water. Ordered Margaretas and they were thin/watery with little taste (rating 1). The appetizers were mixed - at best. The stuffed mushroooms had no taste and we didn't finish (rating 1). The Brushetta was heavy on the vinegar and the toast was soggy Rating 3). I ordered the Cognac Staek as it had a good review posted in the lobby - also on speacial. So it was, so speacial that I am writing this review. Ir was a 1/2 inch thick piece of gristly, poorly cooked beef (rating 1). My wife had a eggplant dish that was OK (rating three). Ordered Creme Brule for dissert and it was made with a lot of gelatin. The crust was well done and it was well served with berries and whipped cream (rating 4). This is a mini chain in the Oklahoma City area and is worse than Olive Garden. Need I say more? If you want superb Italian go to Vito's on North May in OKC.

I had hopes for improvement at Primo's, as I had been there before and it was okay. This trip, though, sealed the deal: I probably won't be back. My veal piccata was brimming with oil/fat and had lackluster presentation. Our waitperson was poorly trained and had no clue of how she should speak to guests. A light Wednesday night at 7:30 is not the time to act "put out" by lingering diners. Perhaps see if we want another beverage? Speaking of: the drinks were average. I should say that if they advertise an "ultimate martini" on the menu, Primo's should probably know that a martini is served in a cold glass, and that a twist is not an olive. Just a totally underwhelming experience, and not worth the prices.

Stay away. Poorly prepared food both times I visited. Couldn't eat my chicken parmigiana, it was over cooked and tough as nails. Similar to my first experience but with a different order. I was filled up with my salad, pasta and side...so I did not request a replacement...they took $3 off of my $14 entree...that the main course was inedible...huh? My server was not bad, but I would take Olive Garden over this place every day of the week.

I was in town for a basketball tournament and wanted some Italian food and saw this place near my hotel. The sign outside was lit up, but all the windows where dark and it looked closed. I saw someone leaving the restaurant and asked if it was open (it was about 9 pm on a Saturday night). They said yes, so I parked and went in. I was seated promptly and had a very friendly waitress. I ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana. Unfortunately when I got my meal, the size portion of the eggplant was overshadowed by the mound of spaghetti I got with it. The sauce on it was not very good. It seemed to me that they make their sauce with wine and I am not a big wine fan at all. The plate was hot, but the food was not hot enough in my opinion. I felt I was being attended to very well by my waitress. Since I was alone during my dinner, I was able to watch other staff and found that several other folks were not being attended too by their wait staff. One particular table waited a good 15-20 minutes before ordering their food. I've had better Italian food....I would pick Olive Garden over this place any day.

I ordered the "Jumbo" Shrimp Pasta and my wife ordered the "Blackened" Chicken Alfredo. We'll start with mine... Everything about this dish was disgusting. The "jumbo" shrimp were tiny, and must have been bought pre-shelled and cleaned in a 20lb bag from the Sam's Club across the street. The extent of preparing the shrimp they did was pouring the shrimp from the bag into a pot of boiling water...Absolutely disgusting. The spaghetti sauce they used tasted exactly like a can of no-seasoning tomato paste...no salt, no garlic, just straight tomato sauce from a can. And finally, the overcooked angel hair pasta was clearly pasta from a box, from the same Sam's Club they bought the shrimp and tomato paste "sauce." You would think it would be impossible to mess up a dish containing 3 ingredients, but you'd be wrong. There wasn't a hint of seasoning in the whole dish, and there wasn't a hint of "give a damn" in it either. I couldn't even eat a quarter of it, and I'll eat anything usually. Now on to my wife's "Blackened" Chicken Alfredo. The pasta was, again, most definitely from a box (and not even that Bertoli stuff...I'm talking Sam's Club brand here), and like my pasta, was grossly overcooked to the point of it being mush. The alfredo sauce, unlike my sauce, didn't even have the luxury of coming out of a can. It tasted like flour with milk whisked in...more of a terrible country gravy than a horrible alfredo sauce. It still makes me sick to think about. Finally, onto the winner of the night....the "blackened" chicken. This chicken breast (also from Sam's), was BOILED, sliced, and rolled in paprika... post-boiling. That was their blackened chicken...white, unseasoned, boiled chicken, rolled in grainy paprika...post-cooking. It was by far the most disgusting food I have ever seen served in a restaurant, and the most blatant slap in the face to a paying customer to ever come out of a restaurant kitchen. The only reason I didn't cause a scene and refuse to pay was because the waitress was so nice, and we couldn't do that to her. What a shame she has to work in such squaller. In closing, avoid this place like the plague and tell everyone you know. Hopefully the word will get out and this place will fold like a lawn chair under the weight of their horrible food. Absolutely, without a doubt the worst restaurant I have ever had the misfortune of visiting.

Otherwise, the wine selection was mediocre (though I appreciated their categorization of the wine to help with selections). They served oil and vinegar with the bread, which normally gives an Italian restaurant extra points in my book, but they didn't let us take part in the pouring at all, so I felt we received too much vinegar. I rather enjoyed the food, but I did not like their dessert selection. If I'm looking for this sort of Italian food experience, I'll likely go to Olive Garden next time.

No onion, garlic and overall bland. We tasted nothing expect for the balsamic. I ordred the honey balsamic chicken. I got a side of mixed veggies and a piece of pounded thin, grilled, bland and dry chicken. As far as the honey balsamic part of this chicken...it was smeared on the top in a thick, lumpy glaze. My husband ordered a house favorite that included frozen fried shrimp and overcooked pasta that was swimming in a cream sauce. The veggies mixed in the pasta might as well never been tossed in. You simply couldnt taste anything but the cream sauce. What happened to the "made to order" theory? The pride? The quality? This place USED to pride themselves on handmade everything. Now its a jar, canned and frozen. If you read this, try Johnny Carinos, Macaroni Grille or stick to Olive Garden

I ate at Primo's the other day with some friends. I have often driven past the restaurant while on I-40, but have never stopped. I found that the place was very good. They give you huge loaves of bread with a vinegar and oil dipping sauce that makes you mouth water waiting for the next bite. The endless pasta was to die for and I nearly had to be carried out because I ate so much! The waitress and hostess were great. Overall my experience was wonderful, I will definetely be back!

The food never seems fresh anymore and the quality of ingredients is poor. The last pasta dish I ordered tasted like it was one of those frozen pastas from a bag. The Italian sausage was flavorless and was very gristley. The meatball was gristley too. I used to love their cookies and would order half a dozen each time I went, but the last time I ordered them they tasted old, not quite stale, but definitely not fresh. I probably won't be back here for a while, unless I hear there has been some kind of transformation. It's too bad, because they used to be really good.

First time to the restaurant. Didn't read any reviews before going. I have to say that there isn't anything special about this restaurant. It tasted average, but I didn't see anything disgusting about it as many reviews stating that it was. I've been to better Italian restaurants than this one. The portion size doesn't seem to be very much as well. Either that or I'm just fat and eat a lot. I ordered the Vodka Pasta, which included Calamari, shrimp, scallops, and clams. The calamari was very tough and chewy. I had to spit it out into a napkin and this is something I rarely do under rare circumstances. I would have to say that even the calamari that I had at buffets tasted better than this calamari and buffet qualities are usually not the same as a restaurant.

Well, unfortunately I don't have good things to say. The one star is only for our waitress because bless her heart, she was doing the best she could. My husband and I decided to eat here because we hadn't been to the restaurant in years. We thought, hey, it used to be good and we wanted some Italian. I wish I had looked at yelp first! The best part about our meal was the Rosemary bread and olive oil/balsamic vinegar. My husband ordered the Seafood Alfredo. There were no scallops, and the calamari was so tough he said he felt like he was chewing beef jerky. I ordered a spinach pasta dish that came out looking like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for several minutes. The chicken was dry, and tough. Now comes the worst part: two hours after leaving, my husband started feeling nauseous. In another hour, it became clear he had food poisoning. I'm not saying that this is going to happen to everyone that eats here-- that's irrational. However, I did see that the restaurant has had some issues with the health department and after taking care of my husband for two days, I'm not surprised. My advice: Pass on Primos until they overhaul food prep and improve flavor.

Update--I have inside info that says while it might taste ok, they have had some issues in other locations with health department. They also treat they're employees horribly--just over $2 an hour and they charge them for uniforms out of every paycheck. The back of house staff is thrilled to have a job--especially since they aren't required to have work permits in the US. They also have issues following the liquor laws--ask your server how old they are as they are serving up your booze...

Ate here out of convenience. It is next door to my hotel. The food was ok not bad not good. I had fried calamari for an appetizer. It was cooked right but tasteless. The marinara sauce did not help. Tasted raw out of a can. The side Ceasers salad was drowned in dressing that could have come from any bottle and the toast that was with it was cold and not crisp not soggy but not crisp. The seafood Fettachini was ok big pieces of seafood but needed a little more flavor. For the money it was ok but Next time I probably will find some place else.

Since I stayed at the near by hotel and it was freezing cold, so I went to this restaurant. The place was almost empty at 7 pm . The food was bad. I ordered the cognac steak. It was over cooked and extremely salty. It was not edible. The staff was friendly and apologetic when I retuned the steak. I must say the kitchen staff must be replaced. They need to learn basic cooking.

I came her for lunch and had the chicken piretto or something like that. It comes in a "creamy", butter sauce with capers over a piece of pan fried chicken and angel hair pasta. The chicken had a nice crunch to it and tasted great, but beyond that, the dish was a flop. I am not sure why lemon butter sauce needs to be creamy (it seemed like every sauce in that section of the menu was creamy whether it should be or not) but it was. It also didn't have any flavor, nor was there enough to cover the pasta. When the dish was done, they simply poured it on top of the chicken and pasta instead of tossing the pasta in the sauce first. I'm not sure why anyone would skip that step, but they did. I ate my meal and left. I won't be going back if I can avoid it. It's no where near worth the price and even if it was cheaper, I still wouldn't go.

The front desk clerk at my hotel said that "it's really good, probably even better than Olive Garden.". That should have been first clue;but alas, I went anyway. Upon entering the bartender who.was very polite was also playing the role of hostess. One looking through the menu, I decided to order a prime rib, mistake number two for those keeping count. I'd compare it to cheap flank steak from Walmart quality. there was a small dish of 'juice' which accompanied the steak but. It had an unidentifiable flavor that tasted something between spoiled meet and Ajax. After emptying the salt and pepper shaker on the meat in front of me I was able satisfy my appetite for the evening. To be fair, it's not a steak place. The menu looked great, so I might give the pasta a shot, but no mas for the meat for sure.

Ok! Trying to describe this Resturant is like trying to describe how and why the Titanic sunk! There are so many things wrong with this Resturant it is hard to know where to begin! The sangria was watery and sweet no taste other than sweet! The salad was limp, old, tasteless! The marinara sauce for the penne pasta was nothing but stewed tomatoes- it was tomato but no character! The bruschetta had a sweet tomato something on it, God only knows! In short save your money and avoid this place at all cost! Maybe just maybe they will close the doors and save Oklahoma's reputation as a above average state for above average restaurants!

I use to love this place! BUT the last 4-5 times we have gone the the MWC location the Service, Food and Portion was more then lacking. On top of that I asked for a few extra pieces of bread as I was getting it to go an the bartender (rude ass) told me it would be extra. Lol still left a $5 tip for a tho order but won't go back!!

The prime rib & shrimp portofino were amazing the shrimp were huge and sweet in a mushroom, spinach, tomatoes & capers lemon butter sauce over a bed of linguini and garlic butter the best meal we have had out in a long time. If u are in the Oklahoma City area this is well worth the drive. Get here before the crowds find this gem.

They delivered to the hotel we stayed at. In retrospect the Carl's Jr. across the street would have been a better choice. The tomato basil soup just tasted off. The calamari had no seasoning, nor did the dipping sauce. My eggplant was also totally bland, past overcooked. My husband got the chicken marsala which he refused to eat, said it tasted off. I wasn't expecting 5 star cooking but I didn't expect to miss Chef Boyardee either.

BAD! HORRIBLE! DON'T GO! I cannot believe how terrible the food was here. This place needs to go out of business now! Please beware of this place because they are "obviously" using "very low" standards. Here is what we had: I personally tasted all of these items below (at my own risk).... 1. Bruschetta - the toast was burnt! It should not have been served. 2. Side Salad - brown dry lettuce, a careless bowl of old ingredients. 3. Eggplant Picatta - the Eggplant was "very" oily greasy and gross, with a soured sauce that was well past the expiration date. And a big pile of (plain) white Pasta just sitting there on the plate. Why? 4. Raviolis - Bland sauce out of a can, sitting on top of old disgusting warmed over frozen Raviolis, sitting on top of (plain) white Pasta? Heated up in the microwave. * Besides how gross the meals are, what is with all the plain white pasta? Thanks for putting it there because it was the only edible food existing on the on plate. 5. Canneloni Florentine - "Old & Gross" - this is supposed to be chicken and spices inside large Penne al dente pasta. One bite, and I was convinced that this had been in the freezer for a long time. It had been heated up in the microwave with cheese on top, ugh it was bad. This location is making every attempt to cut corners and stretch the expiration dates. Obviously making the food (days or weeks ahead), then freezing it, and (days or weeks later) heating it back up in the microwave. Other things like salads they are attempting to make ahead of time and keep fresh inside the refrigerator but this is not working. Sauces are obviously just sitting around for days or weeks until completely used up, which is allowing it to become soured. I'm appalled by this restaurant, and scared for anyone eating there.

I had hopes for improvement at Primo's, as I had been there before and it was okay. This trip, though, sealed the deal: I probably won't be back. My veal piccata was brimming with oil/fat and had lackluster presentation. Our waitperson was poorly trained and had no clue of how she should speak to guests. A light Wednesday night at 7:30 is not the time to act "put out" by lingering diners. Perhaps see if we want another beverage? Speaking of: the drinks were average. I should say that if they advertise an "ultimate martini" on the menu, Primo's should probably know that a martini is served in a cold glass, and that a twist is not an olive. Just a totally underwhelming experience, and not worth the prices.

I ordered twice while working in the area. Both of the items I ordered were GREAT. The Baked Roman Pasta is to die for. The Shrimp Portofino was very good on another occasion!. I also tried the soup of the day on a Wednesday, Potato Pancetta - Yum Yum Yum! I definitely recommend this place. They also delivered to my hotel within 20 minutes!

Stay away. Poorly prepared food both times I visited. Couldn't eat my chicken parmigiana, it was over cooked and tough as nails. Similar to my first experience but with a different order. I was filled up with my salad, pasta and side...so I did not request a replacement...they took $3 off of my $14 entree...that the main course was inedible...huh? My server was not bad, but I would take Olive Garden over this place every day of the week.

I was in town for a basketball tournament and wanted some Italian food and saw this place near my hotel. The sign outside was lit up, but all the windows where dark and it looked closed. I saw someone leaving the restaurant and asked if it was open (it was about 9 pm on a Saturday night). They said yes, so I parked and went in. I was seated promptly and had a very friendly waitress. I ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana. Unfortunately when I got my meal, the size portion of the eggplant was overshadowed by the mound of spaghetti I got with it. The sauce on it was not very good. It seemed to me that they make their sauce with wine and I am not a big wine fan at all. The plate was hot, but the food was not hot enough in my opinion. I felt I was being attended to very well by my waitress. Since I was alone during my dinner, I was able to watch other staff and found that several other folks were not being attended too by their wait staff. One particular table waited a good 15-20 minutes before ordering their food. I've had better Italian food....I would pick Olive Garden over this place any day.

I do see some poor previous reviews. I can only guess that this restaurant has taken to heart what's been written because my visit didn't match theirs at all. The positives.. The server (Amanda) was excellent. She did an excellent job of keeping up with my family even though it appeared that she had plenty of other customers making demands upon her. The entree's.. I had the Chicken Piccati..Absolutely delicious. I eat this dish at many italian restaurants and Primo's has it to near perfection. My children (2) both had the Chicken Alfredo..For once they stopped talking.. They absolutely loved the food and one of them has demanded that we go back tomorrow to have some more. The desserts..My wife had the key lime pie and I had the Creme Brule...Both were excellent. The Creme Brule was amazingly wonderful..Amazing! The negatives... The bread..Not warm and not that great tasting. It was ok, but I don't think it would take much to make it great. Not very good. The salads..Pretty much plain. I had the dinner salad and it was not fabulous. My wife had a grilled chicken salad and said it seemed average. Maybe more ingredients and flavor in the salads would kick it up a notch. All in all.. I would be more than happy to eat there again and most likely will soon.

This place has the worst management. I ordered the Chicken Piccata, while it was somewhat tasty, about 98% through the meal and I found a JUNE BUG in my plate... I was so disgusted since the waiter didn't believe me when I told him and insisted on poking it around on the plate with my fork, when the manager finally came over, she said they would take care of our ticket, and then brought my date a bill for his meal. I was so disgusted with everything. I was appalled at how they handled it. First and last visit!

Terrible. Went there on a Groupon and essentially got a $40 discount. Not worth it! First, we went at 5:45 PM and had to WAIT while the hostess scrambled to find a table (the place was almost empty). About a ten minute wait there (rating 1). Once seated, we were given half warmed up rolls, no butter and no water. Ordered Margaretas and they were thin/watery with little taste (rating 1). The appetizers were mixed - at best. The stuffed mushroooms had no taste and we didn't finish (rating 1). The Brushetta was heavy on the vinegar and the toast was soggy Rating 3). I ordered the Cognac Staek as it had a good review posted in the lobby - also on speacial. So it was, so speacial that I am writing this review. Ir was a 1/2 inch thick piece of gristly, poorly cooked beef (rating 1). My wife had a eggplant dish that was OK (rating three). Ordered Creme Brule for dissert and it was made with a lot of gelatin. The crust was well done and it was well served with berries and whipped cream (rating 4). This is a mini chain in the Oklahoma City area and is worse than Olive Garden. Need I say more? If you want superb Italian go to Vito's on North May in OKC.

I ate at Primo's the other day with some friends. I have often driven past the restaurant while on I-40, but have never stopped. I found that the place was very good. They give you huge loaves of bread with a vinegar and oil dipping sauce that makes you mouth water waiting for the next bite. The endless pasta was to die for and I nearly had to be carried out because I ate so much! The waitress and hostess were great. Overall my experience was wonderful, I will definetely be back!

I would give zero stars if I could. The whole meal was absolutely awful. We ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer. The toast was completely burnt and the basil was old and wilted. I looked closer and they either used blue cheese or the feta was extremely moldy. The waitress took it away and off our bill after we mentioned all the things wrong with it but all three of those issues were plainly visible. I ordered the chicken Diablo. The noodles were under cooked. They were still hard and chewy. The chicken was over cooked and dry. I'm not usually picky or confrontational at restaurants but I couldn't eat this. Now my husband and I are both cramping up really bad and having horrible stomach issues. Also, our sever spilled tea all over the table and my husband's bread and plate. Even with the bruschetta taken off, we still paid $30. The whole meal was disappointing as well as a waste of money. Especially since we're both about to be glued to the toilets. I

Staying at the LaQuinta across the street and walked over for dinner. Food isn't bad. BUT - the drinks are great and the family/crew are super nice folks. Get the sangria or a Bellini.

Came here after the Dave Chappelle show. They hardly had anyone in there and yet the service was subpar. There was one waitress who looked like she was doing everything. Our food was not good at all. I was hungry, but stopped eating because I just couldn't believe how bad it was. The food did not taste fresh and was very bland. I kept thinking Gordon Ramsey was going to pop out somewhere and that this place was on Kitchen Nightmares.

I hiked over from my hotel for dinner months ago and I had the same experience as everyone else. I am frankly surprised they are still open..up on business here again. The waitress seemed stressed, food was awful. It appears that they are trying to hold on, which always worries me thinking that they might be cutting corners and stretching the expiration dates.

Omg I expected to see the guy from restaurant impossible to come out any minute! If your starving just take a sleeping pill instead....the service is horrible and so is the food. The restaurant is so dirty I felt diarrhea coming on before I ate. The wait staff passed our table 20 times before asking to take our food order. The wait staff is just as dirty as the restaurant.
